BMW’s 3 Series meets its match with the comparable 2008 Infiniti G35. This entry-level luxury sport sedan by Infinity competes with its solid qualifications, luxury and design. The changes of the G35 are minor compared to last year’s transformation. Included is an Apple iPod connection and standard XM Satellite Radio (without service).

The Infiniti G35 is available in base, G35x all-wheel drive, Journey and Sport trim levels. Aside from Sport, which is standard with 18-inch rims, this sedan has 17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels. Each trim level comes standard with a range of features. Base comes with xenon headlights, keyless ignition; Journey comes with an upgraded passenger seat, dual-zone automatic climate control; G35x is equipped with heated front seats and mirrors; while Sport models have larger brakes and a sport-tuned suspension.

All trims have a 3.5-liter V-6 engine that allows 306 horsepower. Acceleration is able to reach as high as 7,500 rpm. Amazingly fast, the G35 reaches 60 miles per hour in 5.6 seconds.

The user-friendly control fashioned in the Infinity G35 adds to the appeal of the spacious cabin. The interior is prepared with its improved design and higher-quality materials.

All of the standard safety features are establish in each G35. The antilock disk brakes, assortment of airbags, traction control and stability control are included. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety awarded the G35 the highest rating for frontal crash tests.

The 2008 Infiniti G35 achieved the goal of refinement in this luxury sport sedan.
